J. Cody’s Profit Share Rules

(Where J. Cody’s pays YOUR CLUB to bring us customers)

  1. We partner with your organization
  2. You promote and advertise your group event at J. Cody’s to anyone you want to attend
  3. We pay you a percentage of sales:
    • 10% for the first $500
    • 20% for anything over $500
  4. We run a sales report at end of event and cut your group a check on the spot
  5. We pay for only the customers you bring us
  6. Your guests must inform us they are with your organization or you will not get credit for sale
  7. Your organization may not advertise on site
  8. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are preferred days. Can discuss other days of the week as necessary
  9. Can sell organization’s merchandise on site
  10. Can reserve area in restaurant for your event
  11. Duration of event is typically 4-close but can be all day or more depending on size of organization and expected attendance
